Roestiandi Tsamanov (Manov) is an experienced leader in the business and technology sectors. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Swiss German University in 2004 and has a strong track record in innovation and entrepreneurship.
From 2019 to 2022, Manov served as the President Commissioner of PT Inotech, after previously contributing as a Commissioner at the same company since 2013.
Currently, Manov holds the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Elitery Global Technology Sdn Bhd and serves as a Director at Indonesia Muda Inovatif.
As an entrepreneur, Manov founded and serves as the CEO of Rumah Siap Kerja, an initiative focused on workforce empowerment. Additionally, he holds Commissioner positions at PT BPPN and PT Pharmatest Indonesia and founded PT DSI Laser Internasional in 2005.
Manov actively shares insights on digital transformation. One example is his role as a speaker at the TALENTA Accelerator Demo Day, where he provided perspectives to MSMEs on adapting to the digital era. With his extensive experience and visionary leadership, Manov continues to contribute to the development of technology and business innovation in Indonesia.
